Privacy Policy

This policy covers the studio behind interfold.online — a game UI audit practice working online, worldwide. It explains the personal data we handle when you enquire about an audit or contact us, and it is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

We collect only what our enquiry form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, the engagement you're interested in, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. That's the whole list. We do not ask for, and cannot store, card numbers or any payment data — money is arranged separately once a project is agreed.

If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.

Why we collect it

The reason is narrow. We use your details to reply to your enquiry, scope the audit, schedule the work, and send you the report and invoice. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it lives and for how long

Form submissions are written to a private file on our hosting and reviewed by the people who run the studio. We keep active enquiries for as long as we're in contact and, once a project closes, for the period we need to meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that go nowhere are cleared out periodically.

Who else sees it

Your data sits with our hosting provider and the tools we use to send email and issue invoices. Those providers process it on our behalf, under their own agreements, and only to keep the service running. Any game build or asset you share for review is handled as confidential and, where an NDA is in place, under its terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. As a studio operating in Lithuania, we handle these requests in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time — usually a lot faster.
