Delivery of Work

There is nothing to ship in a box here. An audit is a set of documents, so everything we produce reaches you as digital files. This page explains what arrives, how, and when.

No physical delivery

Interfold sells a service, not goods. You won't receive a package, and there are no shipping fees, customs steps or postal delays to account for. Every deliverable is sent over the internet.

What you receive

• The written audit — a document covering each surface in scope.
• Annotated screens — your own screens marked up with numbered pins and measurement lines.
• A prioritized redesign plan — a ranked list of changes with rough effort estimates.
• For the Audit + Redesign Sprint, the reworked layouts and handoff-ready specs produced during the sprint.

How it's delivered

Files arrive by email, or via a shared link to a private folder, whichever suits your studio. We'll agree the format at kickoff. If you use a particular documentation tool or asset store, tell us and we'll deliver into it where we can.

Timing

The written audit lands about ten working days after kickoff. We'll confirm the exact delivery date when we scope the work. The read-through call is scheduled once the report is with you, usually within the following week. For a redesign sprint, the reworked designs follow over the two weeks after the report.

If something doesn't arrive

Large files sometimes catch on a spam filter. If a delivery hasn't reached you by the agreed date, check there first, then email [email protected] and we'll resend it straight away. We keep every deliverable on file so a copy is always recoverable.
